Mph, I installed and used cc cleaner, ran sfc /scannow, and Windows 3.1 installer redistributable as you instructed. In addition, I ran a chkdsk and defrag, and cleaned up my registry, temp files, etc. My installshield still does not work! I read in a Microsoft article (I think it was Microsoft) that I should delete the InstallShield Launcher folder and restart.
