The Youth Leadership Program offers you the opportunity of a lifetime to become a Leader. Learn leadership skills during a 4-day program open to any Bucks County High School Student. The Chamber’s Youth Leadership Program educates eleventh grade students about the various components that make up a healthy community. Monthly during the school year the students participate in a Leadership Experience, when they meet and interview key business and community leaders about careers in areas of Education, Business & Industry, the Judicial System, Government, Media and Culture & the Arts. The Chamber believes that this investment in our youth will instill in them the passion and commitment needed to further their community as the next generation of leaders. YLB is a 9-month program that begins with a one (1) day retreat in August in conjunction with the Adult Leadership Program and continues one (1) full.
