Pre-session, Session and post session are the three stages of the lesson. Georgi Lozanov is a psychotherapist from Bulgaria who developed this method of learning a new language. In his studies in the early 1960s, Lozanov found that combining the techniques of meditation, relaxation, cadence, imagery, music, and breathing exercises greatly. Speaking in short phrases, Lozanov found that learning foreign language vocabulary increased as much as five times, with a retention rate of as much as 50.
